Use this website only to make legally valid inquiries or orders.
Do not make any false or fraudulent order, as it would be a crime.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on "Complete purchase". You will then receive an email confirming your order. Your order will be available within 48-72h from the time of payment. The order order is left fully paid.
This website shows confirmation windows in various sections of the purchase process that do not allow you to continue with the order if the data is not provided correctly. Likewise, this website offers the details of all the items that you have added to your basket during the purchase process, so that, before making the payment, you can modify the details of your order.

PRICE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
The prices on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices are subject to revision, so they can change at any time, which will not affect orders already confirmed.
The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at all times (currently 21%).
You can use Visa, Mastercard or pay through PayPal as a means of payment.
The charge will be made when we confirm the order.
By clicking on "Authorize Payment" you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate holder of the credit card. Credit cards are subject to checks and authorizations by their issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to formalize the order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can return any product purchased in our online store during the 14 days following the delivery date, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

To make a return, follow these steps:

Make sure that the merchandise to be returned is in its original condition, with labels and packaging included. Otherwise Clooui will not be able to accept your return.
Once the package reaches our address, please allow 3-7 days to process your return. If your return does not meet the above conditions, we will resend the package to you. When your return is accepted, we will manage the refund and you will receive a confirmation email.
Normally returns are accepted during the first 3 days after the merchandise arrives at our warehouse and we check that it meets the requirements. Once your return is accepted, we will immediately manage the refund and send you a confirmation email.
The time required to process the refund of the amount may vary depending on the payment method used:
Credit card: Our bank will refund the amount of the refund 7 days after the return confirmation email accepted. The time it will take to see the amount in your account will depend on your credit card provider.
PayPal: You will receive the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours after receiving the accepted return confirmation email.
